Whether you’re just getting started or you’re new to the game, one of the most important things you can do for your business is defining your culture and creating a community around your business.

Here are a few tips to help you get started:

Show your customers you value them. Increase customer loyalty by giving exclusive offers, deals, and products. Show your customers that they belong at your facility, and take time to make their experiences personal.

Rally around recovery. Continue to communicate the importance of recovery to your customers, and create a community around the concept. Educate your customers on the importance of recovery and help them find the right recovery modalities and techniques for them.

Focus on the everyday customers. It can be tough when you see celebs at other locations, but focus on your everyday customers. Those are going to be your most loyal customers and the ones who help fuel this community.

Focus on both existing customers AND gaining new customers. While it’s important to attract new customers, never forget to cultivate relationships with your existing customers and continue to show that they’re all welcome and valued.
