Eric Rauscher, Managing Director
Eric currently serves as the Managing Director and is responsible for business development and positioning the company for future growth. After graduating from Texas A&M in 1989 with a degree in Architecture, Eric immediately went to work in Commercial real estate development and investment for over 20 years. Eric has been involved in the successful launch of 4 startup companies over the past 15 years. After recognizing the usefulness of cryotherapy in Europe over the past 20 years, Eric formed CryoUSA in 2011 and has been integral in validating whole body cryotherapy in the United States. The company has since expanded its reach to include other recovery modalities, and has added an Import and Sales division that’s been a driver for CyroUSA’s exponential growth over the past 2 years.
Mark Murdock, Managing Partner
Mark’s first career was as a college basketball coach. He enjoyed success at the NJCAA and NCAA level for 17 years while also founding and operating a non-profit ministry that operated in 5 different countries. Upon joining CryoUSA, Mark’s background working with athletes, coaches, and trainers at the professional and collegiate level has helped mainstream the cryotherapy process among NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, NCAA, USA Track and Field, USA Triathlon, CrossFit affiliates, and numerous other athletes and teams. Mark now leads the Imports and Sales division of CryoUSA while working to attract new business opportunities for all areas of the company. He received a B.A. in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Arlington and a M.A. in Sports Administration from Eastern New Mexico University.
